"Carter, your response is not true. You cancelled the appointment I made to discuss this with you, you did not try to help and did not reschedule. Took advantage of my trust. I'm 70ish and trusted them to do what was right. When I retired and came to SC we transferred our auto insurance to Carter Lake. For the past 4 years they have only had one of our vehicles on low mileage discount when both vehicles should have been discounted. I now realize that trusting them was my mistake. Be warned. I'm changing companies and saving hundreds for the same coverage annually. So this has turned out okay for me."
